TUMBLR WEBSITE FOR OUR SHORT FILM - KARMA

I have created our own tumblr blog in order to advertise our short film called KARMA. This way, we are able to reach out to a wider range of target audiences to view and be aware of our film production.

Development of Text effects







I have explored and used an effect to include on our tagline for our film poster. I have decided to use the layer blending tool by right clicking on the text layer on the right hand side and having to click outer glow effect in order to diffuse a red shade effect of the tag line that states, 'HAS NO DEADLINE.' This purpose would add value to the film poster as this will be a hint indicating that the message is significance and important to take notice of.

Also, it blends and work well with the genre of the short film which was horror/thriller. Overall, I have challenged the elements for a real media products as it is quite rare to find an effect to based it on a text but in the end, it had worked well and engage the audiences as well.
