The picture taken above represents the people who signed up to audition for our Post-production schedule. They're all AS students from the college and they were loud, cheerful and active enough to ask multiple questions about our short film extract such as, what the synopsis is, who the characters were and so on.
We briefly explained the main plot of our short film and asked them if anyone was interested as almost everyone in the room seemed contented and happy to hear about the short film extract. We didn't want to waste any more time so we decided to get on with it and began to take action. However, before we could go on- we briefly remembered to warn them that the short film extract will be uploaded and contributed on YouTube in order to get permission from them; which it appeared like everyone was enthusiastic about it since we told them they'd be no dialogue involved in our short film extract provided.
The only reason why we wanted someone from the audition was because as a team, we could not get anyone to accept our proposal based on our short film and play the main or lead characters such as Diana or Priscilla - the main girl and the bestfriend. So, we took action and told the auditionee to mostly express their emotions more as we will be using sound effects to blend and work well with the certain scene playing at the background noise.
